Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or customs delays. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• Allow additional processing time for holiday orders.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 7-day return policy for most items.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• To return an item, please contact us via the website form.

• We will process your return within 14 business days of receiving your item.

• New or unused items in original packaging will be refunded the purchase price. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Shipping costs on returned items will be incurred by the customer.

• All returns must be initiated via the website form.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
